The Offshore Acres Ponies Group Photoshoot

All the ponies of OA dressed up in their pretty plaid sheets for a group picture! We had a blast trying to get a good picture! A bit of chaos ensued afterwards to show of their excitement!

Rudy Tries out his New Shipping Boots

Part of Rudy’s training is getting him accustomed to different tack and equipment. With his plans for the future, Rudy will have get use to wear protective shipping boots while on the trailer. Enjoy is reaction to wearing the boots for the first time!

Indy Arrives from Fort Erie

Indy arrived today from the Fort Erie Racetrack to find his own person. This adorable and correct boy will be available for sale soon. Check back on our sales page soon!

Andy’s First Post-Track Ride

Andy was a super star for her first ever off the track ride! She didn’t put a foot wrong, and we couldn’t be more excited to start her training for her hunter career. She even went on a small trail ride, too! Good girl, Andy!

Toby’s Hack Prize

Beyond proud of Toby! Today we won overall champion in the hack division, and also won the under saddle class in our green hunter division at Old Orchard Farm! Cannot wait for next year with this amazing boy!

Andy and Zoo Arrive from Fort Erie

Two beautiful 3 year olds arrived today from the Fort Erie Racetrack. Andy will slowly start her training for her new career, and Zoo will be offered for sale shortly. Check out our sales page soon!

Brady Takes Home TIP High Point Award

Brady was the recipient of the Thoroughbred TIP High Point aware for the Teen Ranch series in 2018! Brady competed throughout 2018 at Teen Ranch in the hack, 2’3 and 2’9 hunter over fences divisions!  He received a beautiful ribbon, a back pack and even some price money. Good job, Brady!

Horse Camping

Nick and Britt took Rory and Remy overnight horse camping at the Ganaraska Forest. What a blast that was! They had little paddocks for each horse and we pitched a tent beside them. Trail rode all day, and hung out at the fire at night. We has such as blast and plan on going back yearly! 

The Building of the Chicken Coop

Our adorable chicks are ready to be living outside 24/7. They have grown their adult feathers and are ready for more freedom. We started with building a large 6’ X 16’ X 8’ run, and using their smaller, chick coop inside that.  We predator proofed the entire run; the walls, with boards to cover up and reinforce the staples.
